Add a card

Sports, non-sport (Marvel, Star Wars…) or game cards (Pokémon, Magic…). Photograph the front of the card, then the back. The app works out what kind it is, reads the name, year, set and card number, says whether a sports card is a rookie card, and warns you when the card has a known error version worth checking for. You tap Save. Reading a card costs about 2 to 4 cents with Claude, often less with Gemini or ChatGPT, depending on the service picked on AI settings. Its value is then estimated in the background from recent eBay sales, for about 4 to 12 cents, assuming Near Mint; set the real condition on the card's screen in My Collection, then estimate again.
